Finish Styles

• Embroidered on twill: Classic thread detail with partial coverage (50–75%).

• Printed/Sublimated twill: Photo-level color and fine text without added thickness.

Edges

• Merrowed: Classic rounded border (best for circles/ovals/squares with rounded corners).

• Hot-cut (laser): Precise edges for custom shapes.

Backings
Iron-on (heat-apply), sew-on (permanent), hook-and-loop (removable), adhesive (hard goods).

Customization & Sizing
Any shape/size. Common hat size: 2–2.5″ wide; sleeve: 3–3.5″.
