About

Veteran-Owned & Woman-Owned — We're Eric & Suzie, and inThreadable Is the Business We Built Together

inThreadable is a Veteran-Owned & Woman-Owned, family-owned custom embroidery company: patches, coins, hats, nametapes, and apparel, built one approved sample at a time for military units, first responders, businesses, and anyone who wants something made right. Eric is a military veteran; Suzie is the company's owner and co-founder — that's not a marketing line, it's who actually runs this business, together, every day.

We started this because we believed the embroidery industry was overdue for a better kind of service — honest pricing, no arbitrary minimums, and craftsmanship that doesn't cut corners. We're still that company.

A Family Operation, Not a Call Center

When you email us, you're talking to Eric or Suzie — not a support queue. Every order, whether it's a single patch for a retirement gift or a few hundred pieces for a unit or a team, comes through us personally. We don't outsource the relationship, and the standards you get reflect the pride we put into every run.

The Move

This year, we packed up the whole operation — years of orders, thread, know-how, all of it — and moved from Hawai'i to Prosper, Texas, in the DFW area. It was the scariest thing we've done in this business, and our customers stuck with us through it. We're grateful, and we're building something bigger here.

Real Samples, Real People

Most embroidery shops require 10, 25, sometimes 50+ pieces before they'll even talk to you. We don't. Order one patch to test us, or order for the whole company — same process, same standards. And unlike shops that only send you a digital mockup, we send a photo of your actual stitched sample before your order goes into production. You see exactly what you're getting before we run a single piece.

On Quality

We'll tell you straight, which is rarer in this industry than it should be: every order is designed, sample-approved, and quality-checked by us, personally, in Prosper, Texas.

8,000+ Units and Counting

Since we started, we've shipped more than 8,000 units to customers who trusted us with their unit crest, their company logo, or their inside joke. Military and veteran-owned business specialization is our moat — we know the difference between a DUI and an SSI, and we'll flag anything in your design that could conflict with wear regs before it ever reaches production.
