From Your Design to Your Door

No minimums, no guesswork, and no surprises on timeline. We're a Veteran-Owned & Woman-Owned shop, and here's exactly what happens after you send us your idea.

1. Send Us Your Design

A logo, a unit crest, a rough sketch, a photo of a patch you already own — whatever you've got. AI/EPS/PDF/SVG is ideal; a clear photo or JPG works too. Tell us the size, quantity, and where it's headed (a uniform, a hat, a bag) and we'll take it from there.

2. We Digitize It

Every embroidery order starts as a stitch file, not just artwork — text gets simplified where it needs to be, gradients become thread-safe colors, and fine detail gets flagged if it won't survive the needle. This is the step that separates a patch that looks right from one that actually stitches right.

3. You Approve the Real Stitched Sample

before we run your full order, we send a photo of an actual stitched sample — not a digital mockup. You see the real colors, the real density, the real border. Nothing goes into production until you say go.

4. Production

Once you approve the sample, your order moves into production. We build in real time here rather than promise a number we can't hold: production runs about 15 business days from your approval.

We don't currently offer a rush lane. We'd rather tell you the honest number up front than sell you a rush option we can't reliably back — if that changes, we'll say so here first.

5. Quality Check

Every order is inspected against your approved sample before it ships — count, color match, border, backing, stitch quality. If something's off, it gets corrected before it reaches you, not after.

6. It Ships to You

Once it clears QC, your order ships. Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.

If Something's Off

Custom items are made to your exact approved proof, so we don't offer returns on them — but we stand behind the work. If your finished order deviates more than 5% from what you approved, or there's a workmanship defect, we'll remake or replace it free (reported within 7 business days of delivery). Reordering later? We keep your approved design file on record, so a reorder skips straight to production-ready — no re-digitizing, no re-approving from scratch.
