You approve a proof before the die is cut. We walk your design through detail, color and finish with you first, so nothing gets struck until you're happy with it.

Make-It-Right
Every order is quality-checked against the proof you approved. If there's a workmanship defect, or the finished coin shows more than 5% deviation from your approved proof, you get a free remake or replacement. Just tell us within 14 days.

Custom coins carry a 50-coin minimum per die. The die is the fixed cost in a coin order, so 50 is where a custom strike starts to make sense. Need a single keepsake coin? Ask us and we'll quote it.

Every custom order goes digitize → test-mint → your approval → production. We mint a real test sample and send you a photo before running your full order, so you approve the actual minting, not just a digital mockup.

Custom orders typically take 14–21 days from proof approval to delivery. We don’t offer a rush or expedited lane; if you have a firm deadline, contact us before ordering. Ready-made items ship in 2–3 business days.

Custom items can't be returned. Instead, every order is covered by our Make-It-Right Guarantee: a free remake or replacement for any workmanship defect reported within 14 days. Ready-made items are returnable within 14 days, unused; buyer pays return shipping.
