Custom coins carry a 25-piece minimum per die. The die is the fixed cost in a coin order, so 25 is where a custom strike starts to make sense. Need a single keepsake coin? Ask us and we'll quote it.

Every custom order goes digitize → test-mint → your approval → production. We mint a real test sample and send you a photo before running your full order — you approve the actual minting, not just a digital mockup.

Custom orders take about 15 business days production from proof approval, then 5–7 business days shipping — about 3–4 weeks total. We don’t offer a rush or expedited lane; if you have a firm deadline, contact us before ordering. Ready-made items ship in 2–3 business days.

Custom items can't be returned — instead, every order is covered by our Make-It-Right Guarantee: a free remake or replacement for any workmanship defect reported within 7 business days. Ready-made items are returnable within 14 days, unused; buyer pays return shipping.
