Per-hat pricing for direct embroidery on a Richardson 112 trucker, our reference cover. Other covers (OCP patrol caps, boonies, ball caps) price from their blank cost on your quote. Extra embroidery locations run $7 each; 3D puff adds $5 per hat. Digitizing, design, and setup fees are confirmed on your quote. Prices shown are estimates, and the final price is locked on your approved proof.

- Name/rank placements follow standard conventions; we'll flag anything that could conflict with wear regs (AR 670-1 / DAFI 36-2903). Final wear authorization always sits with your command
- Runs start at 12 caps per design; for one or two, ask us first and we will point you at the fastest option
