Hook-and-loop runs .00 per piece more than sew-on. Runs of 1,000 and above, 3D relief, glow-in-the-dark and extra colours are quoted individually. Figures shown are estimates confirmed on your quote; the final price is locked on your approved proof.

PVC patches for gear that gets wet, dirty, or dragged. Moulded rubber rather than thread: colour stays bright, edges stay crisp, and it wipes clean instead of fraying.

You approve a photo of the actual moulded sample before production. Not a digital mockup: the real thing, with revisions until it's right.

PVC or embroidered?

Choose PVC when the patch lives outdoors or on kit that gets washed: plate carriers, packs, dog harnesses, work gear. Choose embroidered when you want fabric texture on a uniform or jacket. Send us the artwork if you're unsure and we'll tell you which suits it better.

Want something the standard run doesn't cover?

3D relief, glow-in-the-dark, extra colours beyond the standard set, and one-off keepsake pieces are all available. Those are quoted individually rather than priced here, so just ask.

Make-It-Right

Every order is quality-checked against the sample you approved. If there's a workmanship defect, or the finished patch shows more than 5% deviation from your approved proof, you get a free remake or replacement. Just tell us within 14 days.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. 25 pieces is the minimum on custom PVC runs. There is no digitizing fee and no separate mould fee on PVC: the one-time tooling is inside the price shown, at every quantity. Reordering the same design? Your mould is on record, so mention it in your quote request and we will price it accordingly.

How does sample approval work?

Every custom order goes design → mold → your approval → production. We make a real production sample and send you a photo before running your full order, so you approve the actual piece, not just a digital mockup.

How long will my order take?

Custom orders typically take 14–21 days from proof approval to delivery. We don’t offer a rush or expedited lane; if you have a firm deadline, contact us before ordering. Ready-made items ship in 2–3 business days.

What if something's wrong with my order?

Custom items can't be returned. Instead, every order is covered by our Make-It-Right Guarantee: a free remake or replacement for any workmanship defect reported within 14 days. Ready-made items are returnable within 14 days, unused; buyer pays return shipping.
