Per-piece price for a 3.5″ standard patch; other sizes priced live by quantity. Orders under 50 pcs add a one-time $50 digitizing (per design) + $50 setup — both waived at 50+; one digitizing charge per design, even across products. At 25–49 pcs, 50 often costs less all-in — we'll flag the better deal automatically. Final price confirmed on your approved proof.

Fine detail embroidery can't hold — woven flat, thin, and sharp.
Woven patches are made on a loom rather than stitched. The threads are far finer than embroidery thread, which is the whole point: a woven patch holds small text, thin lines, gradients, and intricate logo detail that embroidery would blur or drop entirely. The result is flat and thin, with no stitch texture — it sits close to the garment and stays flexible.
Choose woven when your design is too detailed to embroider: a crest with fine linework, a logo with small lettering, a unit insignia with layered elements, or artwork with subtle colour transitions. If your design is bold and simple, embroidered is usually the better-looking choice — tell us what you have and we'll say honestly which construction suits it.

Every custom order goes digitize → test-stitch → your approval → production. We stitch a real test sample and send you a photo before running your full order — you approve the actual stitching, not just a digital mockup.
