Per-piece price for the size selected above, and it is the all-in number. No setup fee, no digitizing fee, and every backing (iron-on, sew-on, or hook-and-loop Velcro) is the same price. 25-piece minimum on custom runs. Near the top of a tier, the next tier often costs less all-in. Prices at 500 and up are starting figures, confirmed on your quote. Final price is locked on your approved proof.
The price shown is your live estimate for the options selected. Send us your design and we confirm the firm quote and your proof before anything goes into production.
Couldn't load pickup availability
Woven patches for detail embroidery can't hold. They're made on a loom rather than stitched, with threads far finer than an embroidery needle, so small text, thin lines and tight logos come out sharp, and the patch sits flat and thin instead of raised.
You approve a photo of the actual woven sample before production. Not a digital mockup: the real thing, with revisions until it's right.

- Sizes: 2"–5" standard, custom on request
- Backing: iron-on, sew-on, or hook-and-loop
- Minimum: 25 pieces
- Digitizing: none. Pricing is all-in at every quantity, and a reorder of the same design takes 10% off your quote.
- Turnaround: typically 14–21 days from proof approval to delivery.
Woven or embroidered?
Choose woven when the design has fine text, gradients, or detail that a needle would thicken, and embroidered when you want visible texture and a raised, stitched finish. If you're not sure, send the artwork and we'll tell you which one it's better suited to.
Need 500 pieces or more?
Runs of 500 and up are quoted individually rather than priced on the page. Request a custom quote and we will price it for you.
Make-It-Right
Every order is quality-checked against the sample you approved. If there's a workmanship defect, or the finished patch shows more than 5% deviation from your approved proof, you get a free remake or replacement. Just tell us within 14 days.

Yes. 25 pieces is the minimum on custom runs. There is no setup or digitizing fee at any quantity, and every backing costs the same. Reordering the same design? It takes 10% off.

Every custom order goes digitize → test-stitch → your approval → production. We stitch a real test sample and send you a photo before running your full order, so you approve the actual stitching, not just a digital mockup.
